I made benets yesterday. We ate them at the Cafe' DuMond down in New Orleans when we were there. they cooked a little fast. the temperature was had to control. so the larger ones were not completely done. a little gooey. but the finished ones were pretty good. worth another stab at. wish i had taken a picture.
