Aunt Barb and Uncle John's 50th Wedding Anniversary

They are such a wonderful couple who have endured life and are an inspiration to all. I love and respect them so very much. Tonda, Debra, and Mom put on a wonderful celebration party that was attended by loving family and friends.

As Thanksgiving approaches.....

Yes, I can only think of Austin, my nephew when I look at this thanksgiving day hat. He would truly love it and wear it every Thanksgiving. I may attempt it one day. They were truly made for one another.

I am making a baby afghan for a friend of my son. Mint and white, YUM! 

I had bought three skeins of HomeSpun Rococo during the summer. It was only $3 per skein! What a Deal!! The patern was off Lion Brand called Diamonds. I was able to get 2 shawls out of the 3 skeins
