Socks, socks, socks

I am almost finished with hunny's socks. they turned out pretty good. Everyone who sees the basket says ooohhhh, what is that? I don't think anyone knits socks on circulars around here. Even the gal at the yarn shop said, "You do know that these needles are the same size, don't you?" At $7.50 per needle I would think she would just say thank you, come again..hahahaha 

Monday Morning results

I worked on this most of Saturday and a little on Sunday and this is all I have done!! I am getting sooooo slow.

Went to sign class. Really needed to brush up. We had to use ear plugs which don't cut all sound out, but the majority. Enough so that you must focus on the teacher. It was a blast!! I think everyone will learn a lot (including me!) and have fun.

Socks for Larry

I finally bought some size 3 circulars so that I don't have to keep track of all those dpn's. Now I gave him a choice of sock yarn and this is not the one I would have picked for him but he picked it himself. shock, surprise! Anyhoo, it is simply stripes from Knitpick. Hey Lindsay, does that marker look familiar. thanks again for those. You are a sweet and thoughtful friend! 

help my toes!!!!!

You wouldn't believe the problems I have had with the kitchener toe closure for these socks I am making. gggrrrrr and I found an error in the first sock clear down to the heel. Soooo I am going to frog it. gggrrr bad day!!

Blogging Anniversary

Today is my blog anniversary! One year today. I think about all that has happened in the last year and it makes me shudder! But I don't think I would change a moment. God is so good to me. I pray that I will be more faithful than I have been.
