day 5

Day 5
question 1
1. Be holy in conduct
2. Godly
3. Looking for and hastening the coming Day of the Lord
4. Looking for a new heaven and a new earth
5. Be diligent to be found blameless
6. Be on my guard
7. Grow in grace

quest 2
a. 1 Peter 2:2
2 like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation,

b. Hebrews 5:12-14
12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you have need again for someone to teach you the elementary principles of the oracles of God, and you have come to need milk and not solid food.
13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the word of righteousness, for he is an infant.
14 But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil.

c. Col. 2:6-8
6 Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him,
7 having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude.
8 See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ.

d. 2 Tim. 2:15
15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.

e. Eph. 5:26-27
26 so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,
27 that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless.

question 3
I feel that America has dropped the ball as far as supporting Israel. Making Israel be patient waiting for her enemy to just quit attacking instead of fighting back against her enemys for her land. I believe that America will be cursed and judged accordingly. The rapture is immenent. And the coming Day of the Lord is at hand. God forgive us.
